Material and Design: Halogen, Quartz, and Connectors
The magic happens inside the quartz tube. The shortwave output comes from a halogen cycle, and it’s a beautiful thing. The halogen gas lets the filament run blazing hot without the bulb quickly blackening. The result? Stable, consistent output over the life of the lamp. And the quartz itself? It’s tough. It handles those brutal, rapid temperature swings like a champ and transmits infrared energy with no problem. We also put a reflective coating on the outside to push all that energy forward. It keeps wasted heat from bleeding out the back of the reflector. For hooking it all up, the R7s base is the workhorse. It handles the wattage, locks the lamp in place perfectly, and makes replacement a simple drop-in job. If your setup has different mounting or wiring needs, we’ve got the Sk15 connector as another solid option. Either way, they’re both built to shake off vibration and survive countless maintenance cycles.
Application and Benefits: Engineered for Production Heat
