The real beauty here is the length. At 750mm, you’re getting a massive amount of heat spread across a wide area. It means you don’t have to deal with those annoying “hot spots” that usually happen when you cram too much power into a short tube. The electrical side of things Since they run on 240V, they’ll plug right into most industrial setups without a headache. But here is the thing: 2000W is a lot of juice. When you flip the switch, the heat hits almost instantly. Just a heads-up—make sure your wiring and contactors can actually handle that kind of draw. If they’re under-rated, you’re just asking for your terminals to burn out, and nobody wants to deal with that mid-shift. Why quartz? We house the tungsten filament in high-purity quartz glass. Why? Because these bulbs go from cold to screaming hot in seconds. Standard glass would just shatter under that kind of stress. Plus, there’s halogen gas inside that keeps the filament from wearing down too quickly. If you’ve already got an IR heater that takes a 750mm bulb, these should slide right in.
